In the Bible, a verse in Proverbs advises: "Drink waters from thy own cistern, flowing water from thy own well."
Helen Andrews, of the British Dietetic Association, warns that there are "no health benefits to drinking your own urine" and can be damaging.

Sex statisticians believe that the two likely causes of men's reported greater sexual activity is that they have sex far more outside the sampled population (eg outside US, UK etc) or, more likely, men exaggerate or forget the number of partners they have had.
One statistician, David Gale from the University of California, developed the High School Prom Theorem to prove this. If each person was asked after a prom dance, how many partners they danced with, the average has to be the same for both men and women.

Maria Alyokuina and Nadezhda Tolokonnikova, who both have young , have been sent to serve their prison sentences in separate labour camps in the freezing Arctic and Siberia.
Pussy Riot are highly critical and vocal about the repressive nature of many reforms introduced since the election of the Russian President, Vladimir Putin.

One Pussy Riot member, Nadezhda Tolokonnikova has a long history of political activism, often in concert with her husband, Pyotr Verzilov. Thanks to Furbal1972, we’ve now realised that pictures posted inside a blog post cannot be seen by standard members. From now on, we will post only one picture per blog post, with perhaps the odd exception!
As a thank-you to Furbal1972, who we assume is a cat lover, here is a picture of our cat (now dead):
His name was Smith, though he was called Smudge when collected from a cat rescue home. Mr spunky was looking for a cute cat; but when he saw that Smudge he was the longest serving cat in the rescue home, this bruiser of a cat was going home.
His named was changed to Smith, named after Mr spunky’s then favourite footballer, Alan Smith of Leeds United.
Smith was a Manx cat, renowned for being tail-less. Smith’s behaviour, as a Manx cat, was that of both a cat and a dog. He was always around, very loving and fearless.
When Mr spunky changed jobs and moved cities, a friend looked after Smith. Smith became Alan, as she didn’t like the name Smith.
When Mr spunky moved into a rented apartment and unable to bring Smith back with him, Smith moved to Mr spunky’s parents’ home. Smith became Percy, as the neighbour’s surname was Smith and they felt they didn’t want to be shouting their neighbour’s surname to get the cat in.
Mr spunky’s mum was diagnosed with motor neurone disease meaning that she could no longer walk and talk; Percy was her constant companion sleeping with her day and night.
When Mr spunky’s mum died, Percy turned his affection to Mr spunky’s dad, who used to hate cats. Percy won him around. When Mr spunky’s dad died, Percy moved to Mrs spunky’s house. There, he became both Percy and Smith.
Smith had at least four homes and four names. We miss him badly.

1. Mr spunky loves disco, especially New York late 1970s/early 1980s disco (eg Chic, Odyssey), while Mrs spunky is rather partial to a bit of rock music (especially Bon Jovi).
2. We, especially Mr spunky, love making and eating Indian food.
3. We have holidayed twice in Cap d’Agde, a naturist/swinging resort, in the South of France. Shopping while naked is a weird experience.
4. In the 1980s, Mr spunky was in a new wave band playing the guitar. One of the band’s songs reached the NME’s Alternative Charts!
5. We joined Couples Dating after visiting a sex club for the first time. The best sex club we have been to is Fata Morgana, just outside Amsterdam.
6. Mrs spunky hates macaroni cheese and hard-boiled eggs; Mr spunky hates celery and cheesecake.

Grillz – what is it about them?
