Don't Go Hungry!
We need to get some stuff handled, we're coming down to the wire here. I need a headcount of definite yes's on who plans on attending the Masked Ball (to give to the banquet director)
IF WE DO NOT HAVE A MINIMUM OF 30 PEOPLE, I will have to make alternate arrangements for the Masked Ball.
Please respond here in this blog post so I can get this figured out.
(also please send in your CONFIRMATION information regarding hotel and travel itinery to my EMAIL address on ya hoo as well)
Come on now people, there's been to much put into this to let it slip away now.

Omg...I actually had a dream about Blog!
I know this stuff is addicting, but when it invades your dreams too? 
I have also heard "zings" in my dreams (the sound incoming i/m's on ya hoo make)
Maybe I've been spending way too much time on the Blogger's Convention...
So tell me, have any of your internet follies found their way into your dreams? (or should I just block an entire month for psychiatric counseling?)

Convention Information Update!
Hello Everyone,
Now that the actual weekend of theThe Blogger's Conventionis coming closer some of the nitty gritty details need to be addressed.
Several members had previously declined coming to the Masked Ball event on Friday night October 21st. (due to what we think were the costs for this event) Another setup for this event is now under way, so that EVERYONE will be able to afford to attend. We have in the works another party site which will cut costs to an estimated (in U.S. funds)$50 per person (which will include food and drinks at the location). It would be really great if everyone coming in will be attending this exciting start to the weekend!
EVERYONE who will be attending this convention is URGENTLY ASKED TO HOP OVER TO GoddessOfTheDawn's blog and read her post [post 99739]
This blog post contains VITAL INFORMATION and requests for the convention.SPECIFICALLY WHERE TO SEND YOUR CHECK TO FOR PAYMENT OF THE MASKED BALL.
Additionally, click on Convention Information to learn about the hotel pricing, and find a link to view pics with. For information on rideshares between the airport and hotel, as well as people looking to share rooms (splitting the costs as well as some offering the space complimentary) click on Ride Playful, err, I mean hookup, err, I mean I.

Most of you are aware that we're having a Blogger's Convention coming up on October 21,22,23 and it's being held in the ChicagoLand area (if you haven't heard, crawl out from under that rock you've been hiding under and read the other blog posts regarding it )
I am interested in finding out what music you like to dance to as well as what your favorite music to make love by is.
Blondeneedssex is going to compile some music onto cd's after we come up with the "list".
So please list your favorites in these categories so we can set the mood for the upcoming parties. (even if you're not planning on attending) Thanks!

Chicago Convention Cums With A Challenge!
Don't you want to see what your blog friends look like in their Jammies?
While everyone is getting excited about the upcoming Chicago Convention, there is a whirlwind of planning going on behind the scenes. We figured with all the food and drinking that will be done, everyone is going to need a little exercise! (Of course, cool down time can follow after! *WEG*...or maybe that's Heat Up Time!)
Playfulwithyou33 along with
GoddessOfTheDawn, EE407, ExploreMore4Me, Blondeneedssex and mzhunyholehave organized the following event!
FIRST ANNUAL PAJAMA PARTY BLIND PILLOW FIGHT CONTEST! Hosted in expatbrit49's suite!
WHEN: Saturday, October 22nd
TIME: After the Meet & Greet Party at 46 Zone bar!
WHERE: Expatbrit's Suite!
ATTIRE: All Participants MUST wear Pajamas!
RULES:This will be a genuine, GROUP, Free For All, Pajama Party Blind Pillow Fight Contest! Here are the rules!
1) All GUYS participating will be blindfolded! (NO EXCEPTIONS! - Gals will do the honors! And guys, they will be tight blindfolds! You won't be allowed to peak!)
2) All GALS will get to start the contest. Guys will be placed in the middle of the room and gals will begin with the first pillow punches! (Oh now this sounds interesting! *WEG*)
3) GUYS will be allowed to return the pillow punches but they MUST leave their blindfolds in place. Should a blindfold accidentally (yeah, right) come off, the assigned referees will blow the whistle and stop the challenge until all blindfolds are back in place!
4) The object of the pillow fight is to be the last ones standing in the group battle! The challenges will be 5 minute bouts! At the end of 5 minutes the referees will blow the whistle! Those on the ground are disqualified from the next round! When all participants, with the exception of two have been elminated, the single qualifying round will take place! IF two gals remain the standing victors, they will have the option of choosing their KNIGHT in Shining Armour to take on the last challenge! (Or they can choose to stay in the challenge!) If two guys are left at the end of the final round of qualifying, OH WELL...Have fun guys! Here's an opportunity for you to show us gals just how macho you really are! GO AT IT!
5) There will be no cheating allowed! Pillows MUST NOT contain any heavy hidden objects, squishy substances, sticky substances or sharp blunt objects! NO DOUBLE PILLOWS allowed! One Pillow per participant! If your pillow breaks while in competition, you are must sit out the remainder of the round. You will be given an opportunity to rejoin the competition for the next round by using a fallen comrades pillow!
PRIZES will be awarded! But, we need your help! We would like your suggestions as to what the prizes should be! We will be taking all of your suggestions and then voting on the best of the best! So...let's hear from all of you!
If you've still not made up your mind if you're attending this convention or not, here's another reason to consider attending! Imagine, a huge, giant, free for all pillow fight! PJ's & Teddy Bears Included! And who know what else! *WEG*

Ok, plain and simple...Some more of YOU WANT TO BE ABLE TO ATTEND THE BLOGGER'S CONVENTION BUT DON'T KNOW HOW TO PULL IT OFF.
So, this is the place where you announce that you wish to attend, where you're located, and what you need to help you get there.
This is also the place where others can volunteer rides, sacrifice airline frequent flyer miles, offers to share rooms, etc.
It's also the place where folk from the ChicagoLand area offer up shuttle transport to/from the airport, an offer to crash on the sofa, etc.
Consider this the HOOKUP Blog.
Let's make this happen for some more folk, what do you say?

This Blog is to get everybody fired up about the upcoming BLOGGER’S CONVENTION.
The Blogger’s Convention is scheduled for October 21, 22, 23 and is happening in the ChicagoLand area (Bolingbrook--a suburb)
It is a chance for you to meet the folk that you have been reading, commenting on, and chatting with.
Before we go any further this is NOT a giant sex orgy, but a chance to interact with your new found blogging friends face-to-face. While all of us ladies intend to be friendly, we also intend to establish a “sisterhood” and will look out for one another while there. So if any of you are sitting on the fence trying to make up your mind (and slightly hesitant to travel alone to a convention where you haven’t met anyone before) WE (Playful, Explore, Gotd, EE, and Huny) want to let you know we’ve got your back covered sista!
I am also coordinating ride shares from the airport to the hotel; as well as people wishing to share rooms to lower expenses. Several women have rooms available as well as a few (complimentary) offers from the gentlemen as well (no strings!) But some of us ladies kind of look forward to the “sorority sisterhood” atmosphere that we’re promoting. Okay, we might invite the gents to the pajama party too (if you behave)
Let’s face it, we all want to know more about the folk we’ve made online friendships with; but we want this conducted in a safe sane atmosphere. So we gals have formed a sisterhood and pledge to look out for one another.
Now a brief description of the scheduled upcoming fun.
Fri 21st
*Masked Ball--formal lavish event (in the planning)
*”After” Party--casual kicked back relaxed party to get to know one another better and to unwind (located in the hospitality suite of the hotel)
Sat 22nd
*Breakfast at your leisure (compliments of the hotel)
*Photography opportunity; as well as some classes/demos (in the works)
*”Before” Party--socializing before going to the 46 Zone Party (located in the hospitality suite of the hotel)
*46 Zone Party--dancing, drinking, munching, socializing (in the bar attached to Ditka Dome)
*”After” Party--a p.j. party (in the hospitality suite)(pj’s or street clothes allowed)
Sun 23rd
*Breakfast and check-out for most folk
*Possible sightseeing of the Chicago area
Since alcohol is being served I have arranged with the manager of the hotel to have access to the hotel shuttle for transport to/from these outings (Masked Ball & 46 Zone Party)
The shuttle service is free and it is encouraged that you use it (schedule will be posted)
This is meant to be kept a “fun atmosphere” and anyone behaving “badly” will be asked to leave.

Hi everyone. My "views" on this site was quickly approaching THIRTY THOUSAND views. I thought it might be fun to "do something" with/for the person who rolled that magic number--perhaps buy them a drink, or something (hadn't really gotten that far in the planning stage) Anyway, next thing I checked and the count was at 30,195! Hmm, the dilemma... So it's YOUR JOB to come up with a solution (also let me know if that answer would make a difference if you were the actual recipient of said "reward") LOL

YOUR NAME,
CONTACT INFORMATION,
CONFIRMATION NUMBER,
DATES OF ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE,
FLIGHT ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIMES, and
THE NAMES OF OTHER GUESTS WHO MIGHT BE STAYING IN YOUR ROOM. (or if you are looking to share a room or looking to hook up for a rideshare) on my Ya Hoo EMAIL ADDRESS
(same as handle on here)
Leave a comment in this thread as well so others will know that you'll be in attendance.
I will post the hotel information--ie, phone number and rates in the comment section so as to try to expedite this blog being accepted quicker.
