Meet/Greet/ House Party

So, me and some friends are thinking about having a smallish party. We have hosted things like poker in the past, which has gone over well. Since we chat here in one of the local room and have been to Meet & Greets too, many of us have meet before, but I am looking for new blood. The only new people we meet from this site are those who happen to come into the room, stick around long enough to hear about a get together and it works out with them in terms of life/ timing.
So my question is what would attract people to a party/ meet & greet of other Couples Dating members that they have not meet before. I do want to be clear that we are not looking to host some orgy/ fuckfest. Yes, this is "The world's largest sex dating site & swingers personals community", BUT everyone is NOT here for the same thing and many people pick and choose which parts of that tag fits them. Could be swing, sex, dating, or community or combo of the above.
To clarify- the party would be small since its in a private home and would be limited. We would hope to find a few people, similar age/ generation as ourselves, looking to meet other real people looking for friends first, and maybe who have come into the MD/VA chat room and chat some first.
