Ok... one more post about the blogs....
Previously I listed the stats I had dug up for the men and women's blogs. Here is what I found for the other catagories.
By the way, even though there are not links to these catagories, you can look them up yourself. Simply go to view the most popular male or couple blogs, then in the URL change the sex= part to the following depending on the catagory you want.
sex=1 Male
sex=2 Female
sex=3 Couples
sex=4 Groups
sex=5 Couples, 2 Females
sex=6 Couples, 2 Males
sex=7 TS/TV/TG
Here is what you will find as of this writing in the other catagories....
Couples - 287 with comments, and a total of 600 blogs
Groups - 8 blogs
Couples(2F) - 4 blogs
Couples (2M) - 5 blogs
TS/TV/TG - 9 blogs
Whew... I did notice that occasionally there was a mix-up - saw a few "C" blogs mixed in with the Female ones, etc.
My math comes up with just over 5,000 total blogs - of those who knows how many have an actual post - all I do know is only around 2,000 have even one comment.

In an effort to increase the blogging world of Couples Dating I have scoured the blogs for a few which might interest you. Today's post will list a few male profiles that for some reason haven't received a comment (or hadn't when I looked earlier today).
First up [blog KKOSRHO78M] - all I can say is... interesting.... he has had 29 - yes 29 posts since April, and not short ones either - this guy writes a lot. His blog might not appeal to everyone and I certainly have not read it all - but whew - talk about a ton to read!
Next we have OgleNU He only posted once back in April but its a pretty nice little story - too bad only 13 people have seen it.
Hmmm here is one that is now empty - I swear he had an interesting post here earlier - I am leaving it here in case it re-appears - check out [blog wasabilust] and see if a post shows up from May 1st. Only 7 had viewed it.
This guy, yellowsubmarin13, has what I would call an bit of an eccentric blog (so far) - a topic about sex & periods, all in red? Not sure if it appeals to everyone but then again few have seen it.
Last but certainly not least is [blog DarleneLove] - Darlene (a guy) likes to dress as a gal and would like some input. He is on the look for a gal who likes to dress as a guy - surely someone would be willing to comment - the poor guy only had 35 views and nary a comment!! Cmon bloggers - help him out.
Now onto the female blogs..... My previous post listed the guys stats - here are the womens....
About 900 blogs with comments and 1162 total (big difference from the men's blogs).
Here are a few without comments -
[blog Mrs_Auermann] - 3 posts... I'd call this one eccentric...
CuteBlkBBW4HotWM - one long post - april 7th - who knows if she will ever blog again...
[blog FreeLove999] - lots of posts - no comments - I suspect she turned it off at some point.
[blog ImThruWithLuv] - poetry, lots of poetry.
[blog amybunz] - an old blog - nothing since march 2nd - but might be worth checking out.

Some Male Blogging Stats and Some Blogs To View

Ok there fellow bloggers, I was bored... bored bore bored.....
I was curious, as I approach 400 comments (yikes) how many other bloggers were there really out there? So I decided to find out starting with the guys blogs.
I clicked to "view all" the most popular male blogs. This brings up the 1st 50 male blogs with the most comments... would you believe that 50th most popular male blog has only 30 total comments? So, yeah, 400 comments is a lot but there just aren't that many blogs out there with a lot to start with, we are a smaller community than I thought.
Moving along I dug farther - there are, as of this writing, 3,235 Male Blogs. Of those blogs only bout 1,000 even have one comment (in other words there are over 2,000 male blgs out there without one comment even if the creator has written a lot).
Later tonight I wil post links to 4 or 5 male blogs that have a lot of content with not one comment (good or bad), or at least a pretty good, semi recent, first post.

Just curious as to how many bloggers out there are from Indiana - off the top of my head I can think of one female and one other male that I have see that are posting from my state.
I am sure there are a few more but unless I check a person's profile or they mention their location in their blog I have no idea of their location.
So if you are in the same state as me, give a shout, even if you don't blog yourself but instead read them.

The other day I posted a profile I found terrible and one of the people reading my blog said that now you can have Couples Dating write your 'about me' section for you automatically.
So off I went to create a new profile to see this lil program - and there was the option at the top of the area where you - click on it and a window opens and you can choose from a drop down liast of catchy phrases. So here is the raunchiest thing I could come up with. Most are very cliche things and after checking I now realize there are many newer profiles using some of those lines.
I'm the type who's prepared to fuck you senseless before we exchange . Or names. I'm your typical fuck-and-forget date. No time for Love, Dr. Jones! Hello! I'm not the one you take home to Mom... unless she's hot, too. For me a perfect date is one where we wake up even hornier than when we fell asleep. When I go out, it's a rare night that I don't come home with somebody nice. I like to take a good looking lady and severely fuck her all night long. The philosophy I live by is that it's all about making you cum until you beg me to stop. I get along best with people who know how to keep a secret. I like my partners to be people I'd hang around with even if we weren't having sex. I'm not changing my life, I'm kicking it to the curb and getting a better one. Hello, my name is 'postingnick' and I am a geek....
This is a geeky post, beware, don't read on if you hate guys and their gadgets. Don't say I didn't warn you.
I have gadgets.. gobs and gobs of gadgets...
Why do I keep getting them? And how the hell do I keep track of all the cords and adapters that go with each?
Some of the gadgety things I have picked up over the last few years.....
An original Ipod - bought from a guy that was upgrading a couple years ago. Its nice but there is no native interface with PC's - so I have to buy additional software to get it to talk to my XP machines.
A Sony Discman - uses mini-discs - and was bought so I could try bootlegging my fav band - of course as soon as I got it they started releasing their live shows themselves so it became a moot point - lol (and btw - the band was ok with bootlegging as long as you were not trying to profit - and I wasn't). Bought it on ebay used.
A personal video player - a very cool little video/mp3 player that I picked up on clearance somewhere on the net - I have a 500meg card in it and it will play and record videos (has an A/V input), mp3's, and you can just display images if you like - or a combintion of all three.
A mini hard drive to usb external case/adapter so I can pull out my old laptop hard drives and plug them into newer computers. Was something like $10 from an online store.
A full size IDE hard drive to usb adapter (no case) - so I can connect full size hard drives to pc's in the same way. Another cheap buy online.
Lastly webcams.... I have 5 or more, not that I use them now... For example I have a color connectix web cam that I bought for $200 - thats right $200 bucks - and I don't think it works with XP - I bought is when '95 was the latest and greatest OS. All the others are 'usb' cameras that I bought with rebates over the years. Why do I keep picking these webcams up? Why why why!?!?!
The biggest problem will all of these gadgets is that I am lousy at keeping track of all the parts - and they all have 'lil extra parts or adapters.....
And that is my vent for the day, because I spent a good hour last night trying to track down all of these items and their various parts...
God Iam a geek!!!! I mean I am so much of a geek that I am writing about my geekyness on a sex site.
Honestly though, I have my geekyness under control... really....

Most of you may already know this but what the heck...
For some of us who seem to like to post a lot, it is a pain in the ass to look through our old posts when searching for something. Today I used the 'search' option and entered my nickname. It brought up a good portion of my posts in a nice list that is MUCH easier to sort through. It also brought up a couple other blogger's posts where my nickname was mentioned which was nice too.
Any other tips out there for those afflicted with the Couples Dating blogging disease?

An interesting day today while blogging...
Found someone using [blog Sexyfitwoman]'s pictures and pointed it out to her.
Came across a blog created by someone somewhat close to me ( empress_evie ), was intrigued, posted a comment to it (she had about 6 blog posts over the last couple of weeks so it seemed fairly well established), checked back a few hours later and she had deleted her blog and hidden her profile. Weird - lol.
Then I get a message to check out keithcancook's blog for breaking news.... alas as of this writing the breaking news is hidden or wasn't as new as the other person thought. Perhaps it will be updated when I check back in the morning.
One last thing... here is a profile I just came across - can you keep up with it?

First a little joke, hope I tell it ok.....
I went to a college with a big engineering school. We had a joke, I am sure it didn't originate with us but it is still funny.
3 men were captured by some native group (work with me), they are going to me executed using an old guillotine.
They put the first guy, who was a doctor in the guillotine and pull the rope, nothing happens... they consider this a sign from the gods and free the man.
The second man, a salesman is saved as well when the guillotine blade does not fall.
Finally comes the engineer - just as the natives are about the pull the rope he points to the top of the guillotine and says, "Ya know, the rope needs to run through that pully so that the blade is released correctly." And with that - the guillotine is fixed and the engineer solves his last problem.

Now tonight I was surfing the cameras.... low and behold is a person I know fromt he blogs (she will see this I am sure - lol). I open her video, and she is fully clothed and seems frustrated and not really talking that I can tell. Well I am using my paid name so I attempt to get her to chat (she had 450 viewers) and after a couple tries she does start chatting with me.
During our brief conversation I joked about how she is probably getting a million requests to get naked and she says she is and is annoyed (she is part of a couple and is looking for women - not men). I point out that in the broadcast window you can restrict the viewers to certain groups (like women only, or women and couples). She is unsure so I tell her where to click.
You guessed it - poof - I can no longer see her - it was not immidiate, she informed me she had just blocked me (meaning all men), and no offense, and thanks for visiting her blog. Well what could I do but laugh as the blade came rushing down at my neck?
Remind me not to help women with camera's anymore.
(no hard feelings to the lady in this story, I am not mad at all - look - I got a whole blog post out of it!!)

Ok, a little help here......
Crusing my local 'who's online now' this morning and I saw a GASP new profile, including a picture. Before this mirage dissapeared I clicked on it and saw what I consider a very attractive woman smiling at the camera, wearing a dress - the picture included her body down to about her shins.
Now - if you were to ask me I would hav said she was 'average' at worst. And I only say that because I think of 'athlectic' as someone who looks like they are ready to run a marathon or compete in the Mz Universe Contest.
She certainly didn't appear to be in the 'little extra padding' or 'large' group.
As you might have guessed from my subject, her profile listed her as 'ample' - so I ask you this - what the hell is ample?
I haven't figgured it out. Is is more than a little padding but less than large? Does it mean a woman is large chested but really doesn't have any 'extra padding.'
WHAT - tell me?
By the way..... for me - I list myself as 'average' - that is my stomach there, I am not all muscles and I would expect to see a 'six pack' if a guy listed himself as 'athletic' - but we don't have 'ample' as an option (at least I don't think we do).

I am going with 2b for my definition.......
Ok, got that out of the way. Last night I fired up my camera with this nickname... the problem with doing that is that I can't view cameras since this is a standard membership.
My silly thought was that someone from the blogs that new the nickname would see it and come say hello.
Problem #1 - there were over 200 guys broadcasting at the time.
Problem #2 - I blocked single men from viewing me, sorry, have no interest in being hit on by men, nothing against you guys but I get tired of saying 'no, not going to drop my pants for you.'
Problem #3 - My camera and Couples Dating don't seem to get along, so getting the broadcast working was tough, but i did manage to get it so I was actually broadcasting an image AND listed on the camming list.
Needless to say I had one person that I saw try to view me, and it was a guy so he never got connected. Meanwhile there were women with 500 people viewing them - lol.
I do sometimes long for the days of Cuseeme when you could go from room to room chatting and there would actually be several women in a room. Even better was way back in the dark age - pre IM programs where the only way to communicate was in the chat window.
Today there are still programs such as cuseeme, many are pay only, and of course you can in theory cam one on one with friends IF you both have cameras you know how to use and are both on at the same time and the planets align.
Why am I saying all this? Hmmmm good quesiton. Just to the ladies - check out the guy cameras from time to time - I doubt many of you are looking for the 'cock cams' and I can promise you you won't see mine if I am on - lol.
and for those women that do cam, how the hell do you decide among 500 guys who wo IM with? I have only managed to IM with ONE person camming on here and that was someone I knew from the blogs - I feel foolish competing with 500 others for someone's attention yet it seems to be the only option....

I have been very surprised at all the views of my profile. I am sure 95% of them are a result of people reading my ramblings and then clicking on my profile to discover a little more about me.
Even more surprising have been the e-mails (not many but even a few are nice) telling me that they enjoyed my blog.

Have you ever been to a "Meet and Greet" ?

Expanding on my last question, occasionally there are "meet and greets" that go on. Most of these are posted, discussed on the Couples Dating bulliten board section.
There was one last month for "married and looking" people in my general area (general meaning it was a 45 minute drive for me to attend).
Now all I knew was there would be at least 2 women there and, from the sounds of it, 20 guys. Not my idea of a good ratio, no offense guys but I am not looking to belly up to the bar with you and trade war stories, here in the blogs its great, but none of the people that would be attending this meeting were 'bloggers' (I have seen a total of one other blogger from my state so far on here).
I actually drove to the location (daytime meeting at a local restaurant/bar). But I could not bring myself to go it. Guess I am just not comfortable walking into a public place where there are a bunch of 'married and looking' people hanging around, much less when the meeting was announced on Couples Dating for all to see.
How about you? Have you ever attended a gathering of Couples Dating members? As I said in my last post, I have met a total of 5 people from here, that number would have tripled had I parked my car and walked inside that restaurant last month.
