A few mature hotties
I dont know about men who pursue younger women rather than those who are older, mature, respectful, feminine and oh so much nicer to hold. Of course its not like older always means better. Sometimes it means bitter. Nor does it mean respectful and considerate and appreciative (men as well as women). However, in this day and age, it has been my experience that you are more likely to encounter more thoughtful older people than younger.
