Tell me FANS... and others.. how did you spend it?



I had friends over family over for breakfast, and then I went to BF's house for lunch, and ended up at my sisters for evening dinner. Did not eat much, but did sample food!

 I need to workout ..... Hmmm need coach to motivate me and keep me focus on daily workouts
I have a Y membership.. City wide.. So anyone wanna workout with me and help get in better shape for long lasting activities?
or do you have a gym at your apartment with an indoor pool?
