Insomnia


Im sure my work schedule doesnt help. Maybe the fact i havent had sex since feburary. Stress can do it. No fun, EVER. All i do anymore is work and TRY and sleep. Im seriously worried about myself, been years since i went this long with no sex. I also never have a problem sleeping. Lack of exercise maybe, however i work my ass off at work most days.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Hmm...wonder if it's the moon, weather or something environmentally related. Yours is the second blog I have read regarding insomnia...and I have also been battling it. Sorry, just comments....no cure. Good luck Darlin.

Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.

Insomnia runs in my family.Xanax will help you get all the sleep you could ever want.Also a good night of being pleasured and having multiple orgasms might do the trick to...best of luck!

I take xanax on a daily basis for my nerves, so no that doesnt help me sleep. Thanks for the thought though.

I have also heard of others not being able to sleep well, i cant say its the heat though i keep my house cool.

I just know i cant continue taking sleeping pills or ill never be abkle to sleep without em!

have you tried to exercise just enough to make you really tired so you can't do anything but fall into bed and let slumber take over? since you were looking for a non-pill solution & you mentioned the lack of sex, i figured that might be an option for you.

if that doesn't work, maybe try meditation?

Well I have been battling insomnia for the last 3+ months. I started exersizing and that helped a little (I walk about 5-6 mil.) I think the problem is stress. I have several friends that are having the same problems. What seems to work for me is exersize and when I can sleep get up and see who is up that can't sleep and watch a movie (comody works well I think). Sex would be great, but if you are stressed enongh it isn't enjoyable. I sugest trying that or meditation, I am having a little luck there to. Hope you every body gets over this soon.

i think exercise does help but you just need a day you set aside for nothing more than just relaxing and you time, whether you are just relaxing and taking in a movie with a glass of wine or a nice pick nick in park or maybe a relaxing night in lake on a boat, that sound does it for me. make yourself slow down once in awhile. like i said my favorite is relaxing on my boat at lake, maybe fishing or swimming a little i love the sound too
