I may be a lightweight sex addict

I often find myself looking for sex with multiple people in times of stress. When I was younger and single, I usually foind it with a little effort and few regrets. Now I'm older, more mature, and happily married, but I still find myself seeking sex when stressed. Note my membership. But it is starting to worry me more than a little. It feels akin to drugs or alcohol, because it definitely has the flavor of something that will only help me in the short term. I feed the desires a little bit, and fight them off, but definitely feel like I'm staring into an abyss
