What is too much for work?

Dressing up as a walking condom, a smiling penis, or a flasher?

Are these inappropriate for work?

I need a cheap and easy costume for Friday, any suggestions that won't have HR biting me on the ass.

 someone in chat suggested this & it should be perfect for work. Pin(staple, what have you) smartie candy rolls to your pants & go as a Smarty Pants! Funny w/o being in questionable taste!Good luck & have fun w/ what ever you do.
