I read somewhere once...
I read somewhere once... That our ears continue to grow our entire lifetime. At the time, I scoffed it off.... This couldn't possibly be true. If it were, we would all be tripping on our earlobes and resemble something similar to the cartoon image of Dopey, the dwarf. After seeing my last applicant of the day today, I've rescinded that thought. I could see his ear hair entering my office long before I ever saw him. Giant, hairy, stretched out earlobes flapping in the breeze as he gimped toward my office..... I felt myself staring at them much like an onlooker staring at a horrific traffic accident. Am I staring? OMG, I'm staring!! Can he see me staring??? Arg!! Why can't I stop staring???? It took every ounce of self control that I had to look away from the small flake of dandruff that was precariously dangling from the cluster of wiry, gray ear hair jutting out of the side of his lobe. I only hope it didn't manage to fall off and land somewhere in my office. Egads.... Which leads me to this thought. Nose Hairs has a live in girlfriend and Earlobes has a wife. Why aren't the looking out for these men??? I was always looking out for my husband when we were married... I wanted him to look his best. If he had something in his mustache, I would tell him. If he had a weird eyebrow hair, I would take care of it. Sometimes he would miss a spot or two when he was shaving, and I would help him with it.... Isn't that what we're supposed to be doing for our significant others? |

some women do. some women don't give two f'ks about it. they're just glad they gotta man. he may be ashy and dusty but so what, they got a man.

Supposed to. If I asked my Ex, the response I got made me withdraw my request. The last 10 yrs of my marriage I learned to fend for myself.

Ah McLade, you do discuss some of my favourite topics, which for me invariably involve some sort of bodily dysfunction! I think the partners are missing an opportunity here. Ear Hairs' missus could tie his lobes together, either under the chin, or over the head, depending on the fashion of the day. And Nose Hairs' missus could be tying braids! I mean, what is wrong with these people??

I need someone looking out for me lol, at my age it gets tough to see the hairs that are growing where they shouldn't...I am just happy I still have hair where it is supposed to be too lmao At least you still have your hair where it's supposed to be! Those are bragging rights!

A guy i work with has really long nose hair, and it's very distracting when talking to him. not to stare at it! I just want to grab a trimmer or some scissors!

I love it when a woman helps me out.....others see you better than you see yourself... I like to think of it as someone wanting the best for you....

I'd say yes. That is (was)... is - very sweet. Yeah, for sure you're supposed to look out for each other.🌹❤️👍❗ That... and a blow job, once in a while. And some reasonable sex. Yep... ya nailed it. So why do you think, their 'other half' misses it? 🤔 As for their 'other halves', I don't know! I know I notice a lot.... But maybe they just aren't looking anymore.

thanks for sharing this story I can't help myself when I'm confronted with something that just won't let me go a beautiful woman, a strange series of events, an unsightly facial feature and, I fight to control it, often times, losing the battle yes, for those whom we care for, we should want them to look and be their best I agree and, you will find your next "first", your significant other your filters are open made me think of this Vince Gill - "When Love Finds You" Love sure is something no one can explain It can bring you such joy, it can bring you pain And with every emotion, love puts us through There's nothing you can say, when love finds you Love is the power that makes your heart beat It can make you move mountains, make you drop to your knees When it finally hits you, you won't know what to do There's nothin' you can say, when love finds you Give it all you can give it, when your love comes around If you put your heart in it, then it won't let you down You'll find out it's true, baby, someday when love finds you

A good barber takes care of those things if he can’t do it. And yes, a wife should help him with it. And for women, chin hairs and a moustache are not a man magnet.

I would certainly hope my significant other, if that day ever comes, would be looking out for me in the same way. I would want to look my best for him as well.
