Here's to 'hopefully' getting a good nights sleep.

I did a little 20 minute beginner's yoga thing tonight.

TOTALLY kicked my ass.

I'm really, very embarrassed by this, I actually broke a sweat. My arms are going to be sore in the morning.....

Is this normal?

Yoga is one of those things that I'd always thought about doing, and mentioned several times I'd like to try it, but never did.

Followed the yoga with a nice, hot shower, using my black chamomile aroma therapy shower gel, then followed that with the black chamomile lotion before I got dressed.

Keep your fingers crossed that I can actually sleep tonight.

Last night was pathetic. Fell asleep at midnight, woke up at 3am, stayed up until 5am, slept until 6am, and have been up ever since. The bags under my eyes have bags of their own.

Wish me luck!

omg I'm a little late to this since I just saw your blog but I SO know what you're going thru!!!! I've been having that middle-of-the-night wakeup thing for years now!!! It used to really get me down, almost to the point of getting angry beause I was awake!! Now I try to look at it as a reverse nap... some days I need to lay down and catch a little nap (not that I really can but if I could I would!) and some nights I need to get up and catch a little reverse-nap. I get online for a little bit... perv around, then try to lay back down. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Starting something new is always a bit rough. You are quite normal. Take some Tylenol before bed to avoid any pain and you might sleep better. Either that or masturbate till you are just spent.

My shoulders are already a little sore... So, I'm thinking the masturbating might make things worse. I'll opt for Tylenol.

I've vowed to not let the yoga thing beat me. I just have to keep working at it.
