Cruising 6

“Your boyfriend is… interesting,” she remarks to me as we walk.

I smile. “We definitely have a lot of fun together.”

“You’re lucky,” she says with a mock pout. “My husband never wants to have fun anymore. His idea of fun is finding a good book to read. I’m surprised I even got him to agree to come on this trip.” I’m not sure how to respond to that remark.

As we walk into the ladies’ lounge, I’m amazed at how crowded it is even though it is huge! She steps into one of the available stalls, grabs my sleeve, and pulls me in with her. “So, I’m guessing you’d be willing to share your boyfriend with me? Or was I misreading you?”

I kiss her lightly on the lips… she tastes like chocolate. “I’d be willing to share you with him,” I reply with a grin. She kisses me back, almost hesitantly… but then her tongue dances with mine and she lets herself enjoy the moment… So sweet! I have so many things running through my mind at that moment. “I’m sure we’ll be having a lot of fun,” I assure her. She then steps out and we hurry back to the table.

With dinner winding down, we decide to find a suitable place to have some cocktails. We invite our new friends, but of course he declines – preferring to return to his cabin. She, of course, is visibly excited about joining us for the evening. We find a club with a great band and decide to start there. I can’t wait to dance, so she and I jump onto the dance floor and have a blast. He can’t resist and quickly joins us. We drink and dance and drink and laugh and drink some more. Some of the people start getting a little rowdy, so we decide to find another place to continue our party. We come across a quiet, dimly lit lounge that’s playing jazz music. We start to go in, but she mentions that it’s getting late… I suggest we go to our cabin for a nightcap before she calls it a night. He smiles.
