So, here I go

So, here I go

Ok, so I admit. I think about sex constantly. I love sex and I have a comfortable relationship with porn. I write erotica. I've written some fiction and I've written about some of my experiences. I'm an avid nudist too and frankly, I feel nudity and sex are both natural and need not be mutually exclusive.
But let me address the reason why I'm posting a blog in a separate place from my stories. I'd like to use this space to explore the motivations behind my experiences and the ideas behind my stories.
It's hard to write well. It's harder to write porn well. There are so many ways to describe the sex act before it becomes mundane and routine. I'm constantly trying to find ways to keep it fresh and sexy. And fun. Which is why I wanted to try to approach sex from a comedic angle.

I try to approach every story with an idea that will make the story fresh without relying on adjectives to do the heavy lifting.
One of my stories (the comedic one) takes as many sexual taboos as possible and inverts them. In this family's world anyone and everyone should be having as much sex as possible and anyone who doesn't has something wrong with them.
It's a direct attack on the sexual mores of middle class America. I thought it fun, and it's had a good response on other sites. Not so much on this one.
I'd be curious to know why.

In my erotic fiction, I am trying to create a series of scenarios where women are completely in charge of the decision to have sex. Men, for the most part are unwitting or willing participants. Call me sexist if you like. I just like to explore opposites that might illuminate sex in a different way.

Finally, I try to render erotic scenarios by using as little explicit description as possible. Maybe that's a creative cop-out, but I get bored with the same old descriptions and I'm hopeless at writing group sex scenes. Too many moving parts. Too many names to remember, which reminds me of a joke I heard.
Q: "Why don't WASPS go to orgies?"
A: " Too many thank you notes"

In any event, that's my story and I'm not sticking to it. But I will until I find another story.

Looking forward to any exchanges, opinions and suggestions.

Oh, and check out my stories and comment if you like.
