Does Apple Cider Vinegar help lose weight?
Does Apple Cider Vinegar help lose weight? My friend in mid-fifties have started taking 2 table spoon of Apple Cider Vinegar before every meal and looks like she has lost some weight. I am also thinking of taking 2 table spoon of Apple Cider Vinegar with a cup of water (though I don't like the taste) before every meal. I hope, it will help me reduce at least 5 to 10 pounds, so that I will be able to jog/run faster. I need honest opinion if it works? What are the side effects? I know apple cider vinegar is good for green cleaning a multitude of things when mixed with other ingredients. If you drink it with water before each meal, it very well might be the water itself - drink 8 ounces of water at least 1/2 hour before a meal, you'll feel fuller and won't eat as much. Hence, lose weight.

I, too, was told by more than one person that apple cider vinegar was good for weight loss. So, I went out and bought a bottle of Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar but it's just been sitting in my cupboard for awhile. I am going to try it now! I'll let you know how it goes.
