Is any blow job a good blow job?

As a guy, I am tempted to say that any blow job is a good blow job, but that is not really true. It depends on the purpose of the oral stimulation. Is it to get the cock hard for fucking? Well, then, yes, probably any blow job is a good blow job within reason--more on that later. If the oral stimulation is the primary act of sexual contact and the result is meant to be an orgasm and "milking" of the cock, then, no, not all blow jobs are good blow jobs, at least, for me. Why?
