Saturday Sundries

Goos Morning Blogland.
Had a good day at work, an even better workout after work. Then it went downhill. The date I was supposed to have canceled. So I sat at home, put some meat on the grill and had a bourbon on the rocks. Not a bad evening, but would went better if I had some female companionship. Will see about setting up another date with this gal. She is an old friend more than anything, we used to date and now it may just be<b> platonic </font></b>friends. Which is OK with me. One never has too many friends.
Got up early and did breakfast with my uncle this morning. What is it about some family members who like to get up super early in the morning for a cup of coffee. I enjoy the conversation and all, but how about something like 8 on the weekends instead of 5 am....LOL.
I also went by the casino on my way home. Got to $50 ahead, after an hour or so I walked out with $20 ahead, no complaints there at all. I learned that anytime you walk out ahead, even if it is just a nickel, ahead is ahead.
For the rest of the day I'd like to see about getting a date for tonight. Originally had a family function from my other side of the family for tonight and it fell through. So nothing to do on a Saturday night. Any Ladies out there in Blogland have any ideas?...
