"A good thing happen.......

"A good thing happen....... This week, I left my<b> brains </font></b>at home. I came to work and I fucked up! A few times. I made Curly on the 3 Stooges look like a Genius. Only thing was missing was Moe beating my ass. I fucked up on simple things I do all the time. It was multiple things, I was going to be like a little bitch and in sick, like I did in the past. But I man up. Then I messed up again. This happen when I don't attention to details, or get overwhelm. I start to stress and the worst happens. But! A good thing happen! I bid for another job. Hell, I haven't interviewed in 20 years, and they contacted me. They had a lot who applied, but I was 1 out of 5 who got an interview. Not sure if I'm going to get the job. I felted good about the interview, and it gave me hope. Now, when I retire, and if I interview for another job, I won't be nervous or stressed. I got this! My whole outlook changed and tomorrow is a holiday and a long weekend is ahead. My few mishap had be resolved. I need to focus. Now with my confidence, I'm looking forward to one day moving on. Whether here or retirement, life is good! A good thing happened on a bad week!           |
