Just in case ...... my account does get permanently deleted, as they are threatening to do, I just want to take the time to thank everyone I have come to view as friends, through blogs, meets, and parties. It seems that the powers that be are annoyed with me and sent me this message -- Dear Member, Thank you for being a member of our site. It has been brought to our attention that there was no person within your webcam broadcast, which is a direct violation of our webcam rules. This is your official 1st warning. The next step will be to continue to revoke usage of the webcam depending on the severity of the offense. No commercial or professional content, public figures and/or celebrities. No pre-recorded material - Person(s) appearing in the broadcast must match the gender stated in the profile. Person(s) must appear on screen, no blank screens. - No solicitations or other advertising websites or other commercial services. - The broadcast must not otherwise violate our Terms of Use. Multiple violations will result in deletion of accounts and any other accounts connected to this member. Previous violations will result in future violations treated more swiftly and severely. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us again. Thank you. Now I replied to this email twice without getting an answer. So I sent in a ticket ..... again, no reply. So I called the support line as my webcam was being blocked and if you notice, they didn't actually tell me it was being blocked, although this line - The next step will be to continue to revoke usage of the webcam -- implies as much but doesn't say for how long or if at all. They said they would call me back ....... they didn't. Anyways, it was blocked for 3 days and then I was able to broadcast yesterday. This morning I received another email from the powers that be ........ in Chinese .... 親愛的 cwazywabbit009， 我們很遺憾必須通知您，您的視訊因為3 天違反了我們的使用規則而被終止播放 一旦您的帳戶解除封鎖後，您將能重新行使 原有的權益，並且可以再對其他會員播放 您的視訊。但是，不斷違反 Couples Dating的使用條款將會導致 您的會員身分被永久終止。 誠摯地祝福您, Google translate to the rescue!!! Now I fully expect them to block or delete this post but for those of you who read it, at least you will know the reason behind my disappearance, if and when it happens. Here are my first two replies to their first message/threat It was with more than a little surprise that I received your message which I can only assume was a result of a complaint received from someone else. The next step will be to continue to revoke usage of the webcam depending on the severity of the offense." is, to me, more than a little heavy handed considering the loyalty and support I have shown to your site these past years. To start of with "your first official warning" implies that there was a previous warning, when there was not. And then to say it would be followed by "the next step will be to continue to revoke usage of the webcam" comes across even more heavy handed and carries the implied threat ..... once again, to a loyal and supportive PAYING member, and it seems by the changes that you have made to your site in the past months, paying members are something you are trying to cultivate, not alienate. As I have received nothing but positive messages from people that look at my cam, whether I am there or not, generating good will for your site I might add, I wonder if the complaint came from someone I blocked from<b> viewing </font></b>my cam due to their actions. Maybe you could check to see if the person who complained is also on my blocked list .....? In closing, when dealing with a loyal paying member, maybe a little restraint could be used instead of bringing out the big stick and making threats the first time you contact them concerning a perceived problem.. Thank you for your time. and Further to your message, does this - "The next step will be to continue to revoke usage of the webcam" mean that my webcam usage HAS BEEN revoked? As my webcam is not able to broadcast the last 24 hours, I assume that is the case. Is there a reason that I was not informed in a less obtuse manner? And, once again, isn't this a little drastic for a first warning?? At least they thanked me for being a member of their site  And if this is the end, thank you for everything my friends  and I don't even like candy canes Drop in and visit my blog sometime, but you'll probably regret it  |

Well I hope we don't lose you. I, as well as many others, would be very sad to see that happen. It seems that the changes being made on this site are only driving more and more away. Very sad, in my opinion.

They give you a first warning but you will not be banned until you violate the TOU again. Find out what the violation was for and don't do it again. You can't have a cat or dog in with you while you cam. My g/f got banned for that. They never deleted her account and she called and got her handle back online again. I wouldn't leave the site just for this. If you do get banned just create a new handle and come back online again. Apparently the fake profile bots that crawl the site, giving members false hope that someone has viewed them, extends to support and management as well. Wouldn't it be nice to have an actual live person to reason and come to an agreement with? Heavy handed indeed.

I agree, fake bots are the worst. They don't want you, the normal person to broadcast and if you do, then it has to be smutt shots. Ahhh.... I can't see you, but can only Imagine. Yeah Canada!
