Chicken Curry Recipe for You. 500 grams Skinless Chicken Breast (Bite size pieces), 2 medium white onions (finely chopped), 2 to 3 Cloves of Garlic (Finely chopped), 1/2 Jar Pataks Madras Curry Paste, 400 gram Tin Chopped Tomato's, 1 Teaspoon Curry Powder, 1/2 Teaspoon Chilli Flakes , 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala Powder, 200 grams Button Mushrooms (optional) Fry the Onions in a little Oil and Butter after 5 mins add the Garlic. When soft and golden, add the Curry Paste and 50 ml Water cook for 5 mins. Add the Chicken, and cook until sealed. Add Tomato's, Curry Powder and Chilli flakes and add 200ml water. Add the Mushrooms at this stage. Cook for around 20 mins until the Chicken is cooked and the Sauce thickens, stir in Garam Masala 5 min before serving. Oh yes, It felt great to arrive home and be able to sleep in my own bed after being away on the ship for 2 1/2 months. I did have to shovel and plow a nice bit of snow that gathered while I was gone away. Good morning, Iceberg & whale watching season doesn't start until mid May and goes to August. By then, the temps are in the high teens to mid 20's Celsius so, it won't be cold. Sometimes we get a bit of fog, Please feel free to read my blog at Losnewf Thoughts
