I'm a man, I have flaws! I'm also a good catch!

As a man in my 50's, I never imagined being single. I pinch myself when I realize I am back in the complex world of dating again. The process is complicated by so many factors such as my age, my expectations, the limited pool of available women where I live, but mostly the challenge of rising above all of the digital noise to be heard by the women I find interesting on these dating sites.

So here are the facts ladies:

  • 1. I can cook and I am pretty good at it. I actually enjoy cooking. I have cooked meals for many women of late but I have yet to find one who recognizes the uniqueness of what I have to offer. Maybe thats not so unique after all but none of my friends have that skill set to offer.

    2. I am considerate but in the world of online dating I seem to give more than I receive. I keep hoping to meet the woman who gives equally and appreciates what I offer but I have not found her yet.

    3. I am comfortable with a public display of affection. I like to give a gentle kiss. I enjoy holding hands in public. I say please and thank you. I like to open doors. I tell you that you look beautiful. I tell you how nice that dress, blouse, or necklace looks on you. I will also tell you that thinking about being with you makes my heart race. I look forward to sharing your company.

    4. I am extremely physically fit. I am an<b> expert </font></b>downhill skier and an<b> expert </font></b>mountain biker. Nobody is waiting for me to catch up to them. If you are looking for a man with physical stamina, consider me.

    5. My physical stamina translates to everything I do. Did I mention that I really enjoy sex? I know for some women that may be a problem. For others not so much. I am capable of appreciating a happy medium but if you enjoy marathons, I might be your man.

    6. I am spontaneous and open to all the possibilities.

    7. Because I enjoy living in a clean house, I help clean the house. I clean up after myself.

    8. Because I like the flexibility of my current lifestyle, I would be comfortable with a FWB relationship but I am willing to invest the time to make it an actual relationship. I think that's the key.

    9. I am successful professionally and personally but I miss and enjoy a woman's company. I don't need a woman to take care of me but it would be fun to meet a woman who enjoys me for my personal and sexual adventures.


  • I am open to any advice you ladies can offer to help me rise above the noise and inspire your interest? After all, I am a man and I do have my flaws!
