Fucked Up People

I get a lil confused when something that is put in place to 'protect' someone just ends up hurting them. Just a lil bitchin' about how fucked up the law can be.

I have family member struggling to get by because her asshole of a dead beat husband refuses to pay support for almost 2 fuckin' years, has 4 DUI's and is not responsible with the and he gets to put my family member through 2 more months of hell......how can a judge be so stupid as to even think this guy deserves any say in what happens to this . He wanted nothing to do with her when they all lived together and just wants to play head games with her now. Saying that it's the mom's fault that he's not there with her. He is a loser and I don't understand why his ass isn't locked up? I'm leaving a lot of shit out that he has done because it is a family matter but I am so FUCKIN' PISSED. WHY CAN'T SHE COME HOME TO WHERE HER FAMILY CAN HELP AND SUPPORT HER??? This is a prime example of why some people kidnap their own ...because the courts won't do anything for them. I just hope the judge comes through for the before the father lets something bad happen to her.

 thanks all for the comments...it is so fucked up. u would think that they would want whats best for the child...maybe i should try to run for office or something to try to get these stupid laws changed so that its more about the child not the dead beat!!...o wait, i'm too good of a person to run for office....u have to make deals with the devil to get anywhere in this world of politics.
