New stuff for Feb 28th release

I'm an associate mod in justwanna's group (Younger Women for Older Men). I'm also a GOLD member, and I can tell you that I'm getting REALLY annoyed at seeing that I'm banned from that group every time I sign onto the site...three times in the last 24 hours. This kind of crap really has to stop...along with the ability of hackers to give themselves provileges even moderators don't have.

I've spent the last 2 days unbanning members (including my associate mods) twice a day for an hour each time because of these changes..Customer Service was clueless and useless when I called. And luvpump..I have one of the largest groups in Couples Dating. Neither myself, or my members, are happy about this additions. My group is Younger Women for Older Men. With the large number of members we have for JW to have to go through & unban everyone just to have to do it again the next day I can imagine how aggravating it is. It really makes me mad that I come on here to "do my job" as an associate mod to help JW out & I can't even get to the page. Any chance this problem will be fixed soon?

I would like to see (and I am sure a good percentage of us) for all those who post is the ability to edit & delete our own posts. Every BBB that I am part of on other sites has these features and more for the poster to use........why not here??

When is Bug #40695 going to be fixed? I am not going to pay for the privilege of doing your IT people's job. I do not have the time to manually go in and unban 50+ people twice a day..it becomes a situation where I can spend my money better elsewhere. We joined recently as Silver members but it took over 24 hours for our photos to be approved! Ironically we had created a Standard member profile the day before and the same photos were approved in a matter of hours! Does this mean that because you have our money the service slows down?

It seams every time there is a change all hell breaks loose. I am a GOLD Member and and I think justwannahav1950 had to un ban me 5 times. Frankly maybe we like the old way better, bells and whistles are nice but if they disturb the people who make this site run (The people who are active)it is not worth the aggravation. Allot of the most active people here are ""paying members"" If your needing to be un banned from a group over and over that Paying customer may just leave because Couples Dating wants to get cleaver in there programs. Just something to think about.

I don't much care about the flowers or the bling, & I don't think much about the 'new & exciting changes.' Why doesn't Couples Dating just fix the existing continuing problems, like people getting banned for no reason, or certain members being allowed to post rude, insulting, VERY negative, untrue, defamatory remarks in groups & NOT being banned from the site? Or groups suddenly disappearing or being 'denied' for no reason? The group mods can only do so much. I know of two who do an excellent job, by the way. Personally, in two older threads that still appear in the archives, there are posts from one person that I wrote Customer Service about because they were threatening in nature. Not only did I never hear back from them, but the posts AND the guy were allowed to remain. He is still on this site! And I was a paying member back then. Now I'm not, & I no longer have nearly the access I did when I first joined the site -- as a NON-paying member. We lowly 'standard' members used to receive a lot more benefits than we do now. Some of us just can't afford to pay, &, when we do finally decide to, the problems with the site aren't worth it. Oh, and I recently learned that everything I ever posted on this site, including my pictures, were 'Google-able!' Talk about an invasion of privacy! I used to recommend this site to close friends. Now I do not.

Luvpump Is there a way I can volunteer to be a moderator in a chat room for Bots n that????? I would be interested since we have troubles in our local chat room at times with abuse and fighting.( I also moderate my own site) There has been reports done and nothing seems to have been done about this person, and that person is still on doing the same for a few months now. While others have been banned for no reason, cause of this person reporting them...This is unfair to loose friends, while this person gets to stay on and cause troubles fighting and verbal abusing anyone or everyone in our local chatroom...Why do we have to feel unsafe and keep our mouths shut, cause we are afraid of getting attacked by this one person. This happened one to many times and still is happening still, dispite all the reports that we have all sent in...Do reports really get checked that often or what? That person has reported others n they were banned by the next day, and she still stays on...something wrong with this picture...
