My Thoughts.... After the easter weekend and having time to laze about and play on the group on this site i came to the following conclusion. Some Larger women really have confidence issues. Me, I love who i am. I'm a good person with good values. I love the fact that on this website i can find men that find a woman of my build attractive. I am concerned that people have self esteem issues, is that why we are on dating/sex websites???? Do we try to use these sites to mask things that we have issues with concerning ourselves???? Is this a way that we can hide and be someone that we really are not????? I have had my up's and downs on this website, but lately it has been more UP than DOWN. (Thank God) I truly believe that this site and its groups are a great friendship and networking building experience. One group that i am on has helped me immensely.... A QLD & BBW Admirers. I was extremely depressed when i moved from Sydney to Queensland and in the groups own way, just through nice fun comments and general chat they helped me get through what was a very emotional and hard time. They made me laugh and they made me think. They made me realise that i was not as alone as i felt in this fine state as i thought i was. I suddenly, and unexpectedly started to form bonds and what have worked out to be lasting friendships. I quickly found out that this site even tho it is targeted at SEX it is not just about that. It really is as the title suggests.....Couples Dating. Well i just wanted to put a voice to the thoughts in my head. Hugs Tina   |

Tina i have told you from the start how beutiful and sexy you are and im glad to see others see the same thing aswell.Evern though we have not met yet im lloking forward to that day very much so.You are a warm caring gentle person and im glad to call you a friend xxxx.

I think one thing that people have to be very carefull of in the groups here and also similiar sites. That is not let your life completely revolve around them. Don't limit you social life or activities to just your online "friends". Look at is as another group of friends not THE group of friends. I have been around the net for a long time (about 15 years) and have seen what some of these kinds of groups can do. Social events often held, but over along period of time little groups within the group would be set up. Backstabbing, backdooring, infighting amongst the little groups would be rife. Some people would soon start getting excluded, seperate little functions would be organised and if you were not in their faction you would be left out. People whose social life was revolving around these groups soon found themselves left out hanging in the wind. Those places eventually got shut down but a LOT of those people have moved over to here and set up groups. Some I have looked at I see the same people under different names, but the same thing happening. So what I am basically sayings is don't put all your eggs in the one basket. Have an offline life as well.

I think we can all agree that overconfident,big headed, arrogant people are by no means attractive. But at the the end of the scale, the lack of self esteem seems to be self perpetuating. As kid 50 years ago I was deemed to a spastic and not attractive to the opposite sex becuase I wore glasses. How crazy is that in this day and age? And by the way, if my memory serves me well, in those pre-twiggy years I think a woman had to be blonde to be considered sexy in those days. Sir Teezalot WAR IS ABSURD

Spank, thanks so much for your comments....i understand what you are saying and i wont put all my EGGS in one basket. I am forming friends outside the groups, and i must say i am starting to understand about the whole backstabbing thing that u mention. Although i have not had any off here YET.

Dolphin, thanks so much or your comments...photo's are really nothing to go by, but on this site that is mainly how people are judged.... I would love to call you a friend to and we will have to arrange a way to have a chat  Bryan, that's funny you should say that about LOVE......thats the ONLY thing i miss about relationships....that ominous love!!!! Tina I have been on and off in this group for about 3 years. I have always found them very approachable and good fun. Although I have not had chance to meet up it has always been a great group. welcome and say hello when you like. You have hit the nail right on the head. Anthony

Anthony Thanks so much for your comments, they are a great bunch, i have me a couple of them (wink, wink) lol. but have not had the pleasure of meeting any of the women yet. But there is a BBQ down the coast next Sundaay that i am going to, so that will be good. Pretty nervous about it tho....i am so much more at ease meeting men than what i am women??? Strange but true, probably because the people who have hurt me in my life the most have been female friends. How bad is that???? I am sure, or at least i hope that i will get on fine with them. and just how do you propose i do that????? why cant you see them???? People who pay for the benefit can see them on this site and if you read my other blog you will see that i am not in the habit of exchanging explicit photos so that people basically get free porn, i only exchange pics with people i have met or have spoken to at great length and the likelyhood of me meeting them has some merit. So i guess the short answer is NO. Thanks Tina x
