Count your blessings...  Be true to yourself Love deeply and completely Cherish your friends and look out after them Be open and honest, especially with yourself Judgments should be left at the door These are somethings that Ol Tazzerman tries to live by but I am human and yes, even I have good days and bad. 2010 was the worst year of my life. Without a doubt. Those of you who have followed my blog know what I'm talking about but yet, through it all, I remain ever optimistic. I KNOW things will be better basically because I won't have it any other way! Live your life courageously! Take a chance. No or I can't should NEVER be in your vocabulary. Yes and you're damn straight I'll give it a try SHOULD be.. I know its hard. Lord knows how many people I've met and how many friends I have who are suffering, troubled, having a tough time of things. The one thing I have learned over the past 52 almost 53 years is simple: You HAVE the power to change. You and ONLY you can make yourself happy. If you don't like what your doing, don't like your supposed 'lot' in life, even if your circumstances seem un-winnable, look to yourself to change those things that need to be changed, that CAN be changed, in order to make your life better. Pay yourself before anybody else, not only in terms of money but emotionally as well. Take the time to laugh or cry. Don't be ashamed of it. Revel in it. We all have 'issues', its how we choose to cope with them that shows our true character. I for one am much more likely to go down swinging! Have a great weekend everybody!  -tm |
