THE FORCE THE FORCE I fly through life by the seat of my pants while pretending to have everything in control. I wing it all with a song and a PRAYER, like most of humanity does. Well,I Don't REALLY use PRAYER. As most people would think of prayer. I'm a person who doesn't believe in organized religion, and not much in a power looking down on this planet and controlling everything we do with his/her magic wand. There may be intelligence in this cosmos, but I doubt IT has much interest in us. But I do believe in power. In a power. The concept of power is not just an empty notion. Power is real, and it's all around us and all through us. Some people know how to use the power of their minds and bodies with precision. These people have simply stumbled on the controlling factors--on the remote control-- much as a learns to walk and talk by trial and error. I've found most of my life has been steered by<b> experimenting </font></b>on what works for me and what doesn't work. I imagine you've done the same thing. Other people never learn. And they never crawl across anything to light their fuses. In the world of power and magic, they just crawl through life... Most of the more than 7 billion people on earth do that. As far as there being anything in this universe to help us along, or teach us anything?-- In my mind-- NADA! Each one of us humans and everything on this planet-- and everywhere-- contains the dust from the very beginnings of time. We're all linked together, everything is linked by our common beginnings. Plants, animals, material and non-material things, all are linked. Physicists call this entanglement. We're all on our own, but at the same time, we're all linked. String Theory of multiple universes, and the entire field of Quantum Mechanics opens the beginnings of what power is and the A,B,C's of how we humans can use and control it. Like an infant learning first to crawl and then to stand-- in my own life, I've learned that strong emotion like sexual orgasm and feelings of intense hate, of anger, and especially of intense love -- all our basic emotions-- can, in real time and in the rythem of our heartbeats, move mountains. Over the centuries thousands of books have been written on ways to control the POWER. Religious people call the power witchcraft. Some people call the power they try to control Astrology, Palm reading, Numerology, Parapsychology, Voodoo, there are hundreds of labels. Chants, herbal mixtures, weird diets, exercises like Yoga, licking the sides and bellies of frogs, drugs of all kinds, the beating of drums, the search for POWER by humanity is limitless. We all know SOMETHING exists that is an elizir of change and movement in this world. In Science Fiction like Star Wars, it's called The Force. Modern Physicists who have left Einstein in the dust, are well on the trail of this path of footprints to the stars. All life everywhere may be simply a mathematical formula created by the Big Bang, billions of years ago. A fascinating read, David... Ironically, I'm currently watching my video of the first STAR WARS movie. I just wish I knew how to find/invoke the force and make my life more satisfying to me. With such gender identity issues, cokes extraordinary powerlessness. Sucking cock, and ingesting semen is also a way to get the living force. I do not recall the book but a precept of a church that espoused no Diety had about prayer. Paraphrased "It takes a great deal of arrogance to think that God has nothing better to do than to dig us out of the messes we get ourselves into." I do believe in some sort of Power but the Western religion's concept of God is not it. (That one seems to be a lot like a more powerful Zeus but he doesn't chase women or men.) I hope you're having a great summer at the nude beach! D.
