Is it a big deal if people don't put a picture on there profile? I don't think it is. I have some of me in a album its my choice. Do to my position at work i am discrete it doesn't mean I'm married or in a relationship. I am single have been for a while and i have no complaints about being single. So i don't think we should cast people out just because they have no profile picture but it wont hurt to ask for one in exchange. There still are some honest people out there don't make them suffer do to some bad ones. Take a chance all it is some time and a little effort.

 The way I see it is that if for some reason a co-worker or someone saw ur profile on here what do u want floating around at work?...i have no problem showing my face but only after I have made sure this person isnt using it for something else....last thing anyone wants is their full pic floating around for anyone to see especially in a compromising way.
