Exciting times....lmao.
Well, folks. Here I am again. In deepest, darkest Birmingham (UK for any overseas visitors to my blog .
Its been a good week so far.
Bit of a slippy slope accomodation wise tho .

Casablanca was brilliant - and lovely and warm. Admittedly a lot of work but one good night out with a bunch of nutcases made for a little break.
For once even managed to get some alcohol there lol. (Normally there is no booze at all on these trips. Strictly non drinkers

Was in the Sheraton again (sigh ) and that always helps. This time, to everyones relief, I managed NOT to headbutt the plate glass door .
Biz went brilliantly too so it was cool.

From there..onto to Surrey. First time I ve been and it has its advantages. Bacon butties in Tescos . Mmmmmmmmm. Havent had one of those for years.
Very nice Holiday Inn too .

I met with "my" spanish developer there and did a sales seminar for his agents over one evening and the following morning - in the Travel lodge lol. Last of the big spenders .

Managed to negotiate my way around the train system afterwards - even having a meeting in Euston train station for a couple of hours .
Those who know me will know what a Major feat that is - I can get lost in my own apartment . Again, went brilliantly and am very very happy about it . Slowly but surely the launch of the holiday company is taking shape. Early April seems on the cards .

and now..Birmingham. In THE shittiest..worst EVER, Travel Lodge .
There are NO services at all. A TV and internet access and thats IT.

I keep reminding myself of all the good, fantastic, wonderful things that have happened this week, and telling myself I cant complain lol. But I AM.
If I didnt know better (and only because I recognise the logo) I d swear I was in a Young Offenders institute . Hmmmmm. Now theres a thought - maybe I came through the wrong door?
Makes a note to check next time I venture out .

My biz partner has only just returned from Morocco ( am meeting him in a little while) so maybe I WILL have words lol. I know he s not going to be happy that I ve been booked in here but, all in all..is it worth changing now? For the sake of 3 more nights??? Fuck YES its worth changing .

Anyway...a few more days to batter thngs into place and I can go home. Home to the sunshine. The heat. And the madness awaiting me there .
